The current model to deliver healthcare services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy and sports therapy is mainly inflexible, costly and often offered in such a manner that is not convenient to patients. There is too much cost in the service model at a time when price pressure and demand for better services are accelerating.
